The South Tower of The Estates at Acqualina, the highly anticipated $1.8 billion residential development, topped out in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach on July 3. The 52-story South Tower now rises 646 feet tall and after breaking ground in May 2018, the development is on track for the South Tower completion in the 2nd Quarter of 2021.
