Estates At Acqualina Tops Out South Tower In Sunny Isles Beach

July 9, 2020

The South Tower of The Estates at Acqualina, the highly anticipated $1.8 billion residential development, topped out in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach on July 3. The 52-story South Tower now rises 646 feet tall and after breaking ground in May 2018, the development is on track for the South Tower completion in the 2nd Quarter of 2021. The landmark occasion coincides with the reopening of the Sales Gallery which features a full-scale model of an Estates residence, giving potential buyers the ability to fully appreciate the luxury amenities that will be available in each residence complete with exquisite furnishings, rich materials and extraordinary attention to detail.

“We are one step closer to completing The Estates at Acqualina,” said Michael Goldstein, President of Sales. “Art, architecture and lifestyle are what we live by. We deliver beauty and wonderful lifestyle in everything we do.”

The Estates at Acqualina will offer 248 luxurious residences from three to seven bedrooms in two towers, The South Tower, and the Boutique North Tower with the 29th Floor currently being poured. Villa Acqualina will offer 45,000 square feet of amenities including a spa and fitness center, a world-class restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Circus Maximus, a full floor of amenities including an ice skating rink, bowling lanes, a golf simulator and a movie theater.

Through an exclusive partnership with one of the world’s most celebrated designers, the entrance lobbies at The Estates at Acqualina will be designed by none other than the late Karl Lagerfeld. Mr. Lagerfeld’s design and style will further enhance the grandeur of two of the most important spaces at The Estates.

The Estates’ 5.6 acres of grounds and gardens will offer lush landscaped gardens, multiple pools, a FlowRider® wave simulator, a basketball court, a bocce court, a dog park, soccer field, a beachfront restaurant and five-star beach and pool services. Also available will be 24-hour valet, 24-hour security services, a full service resident concierge and a house Rolls-Royce car.

The Estates benefits from its sister developments, Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach and The Mansions at Acqualina. The legendary service by Acqualina Resort & Residences, a Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Hotel and TripAdvisor’s #1 Beachfront Resort in the Continental United States, ensures that The Estates at Acqualina delivers ultimate perfection and a unique experience on every level.

Residences at The Estates at Acqualina are priced from $4.6 to $14.5 million with penthouses up to $32 million.
