SHVO has revealed plans for a Foster + Partners-designed Class A office project at the former Epicure Gourmet Market & Cafe at the intersection of Alton Road and Lincoln Road. The project will rise five stories and will feature nearly 250,000 SF of total development at 1656, 1664, 1676 and 1680 Alton Road and 1677 West Avenue.
