The Estates at Acqualina, the highly anticipated $1.8 billion ultra-luxury residential development located in Sunny Isles Beach, has revealed Villa Acqualina, the 45,000 SF residents-only amenity complex in collaboration with New York-based architecture and design firm Reddymade Architecture & Design and Miami's STA Architecture Group. The Estates at Acqualina also collaborated with the late Karl Lagerfeld.

AVRA Miami, the acclaimed Greek restaurant from NYC, is now open at The Estates at Acqualina™ in Sunny Isles Beach.
