Designed by John Cunningham of Zyscovich Architects, Ponce Park draws inspiration from the historic Mediterranean Revival architecture that has defined Coral Gables for more than a century.

The development team recently traveled to Italy to personally select the stone that will define the project, establishing a direct connection between Ponce Park and the historic quarries from which its materials originate.
