Terra, One Thousand Group and Major Food Group (MFG) have passed a major construction milestone at Villa Miami, the highly anticipated branded residential tower, which has now risen to 21 floors above Biscayne Bay. The 56-story, 650-foot landmark tower features interiors by AD100 designer Vicky Charles and architecture by ODP Architects.

Moss Construction led the 14-hour pour that involved more than 3,400 cubic yards of concrete and 2,095 tons of steel to form the tower’s foundation, further accelerating momentum on the 650-foot waterfront landmark
