Terra, One Thousand Group and Major Food Group (MFG) have passed a major construction milestone at Villa Miami, the highly anticipated branded residential tower, which has now risen to 21 floors above Biscayne Bay. The 56-story, 650-foot landmark tower features interiors by AD100 designer Vicky Charles and architecture by ODP Architects.
Marking one of the most ambitious residences ever brought to market in the city, Villa Miami unveils a 15,000-square-foot, three-story estate in the sky. Conceptualized by acclaimed interior designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., the waterfront triplex crowns the top of the 56-story tower.
Marking a significant milestone for one of Miami’s most anticipated residential towers, Villa Miami completed its concrete foundation pour on May 9. Moss Construction led the 14-hour pour that involved more than 3,400 cubic yards of concrete and 2,095 tons of steel to form the tower’s foundation, further accelerating momentum on the 650-foot waterfront landmark

The evening took place at Eichholtz Gallery in Miami Design District and was attended by Miami’s top investors, developers, architects and designers as well as guests from all over the design world who flew in to experience the bespoke event.
