One Thousand Group, the visionary development team behind some of Miami’s most iconic projects including One Thousand Museum, has announced the successful acquisition and financing of a prime 1.6-acre site in East Edgewater for its newest venture, Tower 36. The transaction, financed by Cirrus Real Estate Partners, was purchased for approximately $53 million, and includes the acquisition of a three-parcel assemblage at 3601 Biscayne Blvd, 345, and 409 NE 36th Street, situated at the intersection of East Edgewater and Miami’s Design District.
Located at the crossroads of East Edgewater and Miami’s Design District and the gateway to Miami Beach, Midtown, Wynwood and Downtown. The planned and approved project has been designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm KPF Architects. The future Tower 36 project will be a transformative lifestyle-focused mixed-use development featuring branded residences, a variety of commercial and retail uses and will feature a private members club, multiple food and beverage offerings, wellness and recovery amenities, and a signature One Thousand Group rooftop helipad and heli-lounge similar to the one featured at the developer’s iconic One Thousand Museum project.

The project’s design is being led by KPF Architects, with Robert Whitlock and Lloyd Sigal spearheading the creative vision.
