A 150-key Symphony Park Hotel, designed by famed French architect Rudy Ricciotti, has been proposed in South Beach across the street from the New World Symphony and Soundscape Park. The developers have filed plans with the city to demolish the existing South Beach Citibank which is currently on the property located at 1685 Washington Ave. in South Beach.
