A subsidiary of AVR Realty has proposed 2nd & 2nd, an 898', 82-story Nichols Brosch Wurst-designed mixed-use tower at 250 SE 2nd Ave. The tower would feature 266 hotel rooms, 637 residential units, 9,245 SF of retail, and 533 parking spaces.
