May 30, 2018

The project is proposed complete with ground floor retail and restaurant space, 122 mechanical parking spaces, as well as an expansive rooftop complete with a pool, bar and restaurant. The developers, Sobe Center, LLC. will need a variance to allow them to adjust setbacks and build the proposed 8-stories, 83'; 7-stories, 80' is permitted under current zoning code. Miami Beach's Planning Board will review the proposal on June 26, 2018. Sobe Center, LLC. is associated with Richard and Ronald Finvarb as well as Jacques Chahine.
