Construction is powering forward at Thompson Hotel South Beach which is being developed by Finvarb Group, led by Ronny Finvarb, and Chahine Investment Corp. The mixed-use project is designed by world-renowned French architect Rudy Ricciotti and is being developed on a .7 acre site at 1685 Washington Ave. When complete the building will feature a 150-room hotel which will be branded as a Thompson Hotel by Hyatt.

A 150-key Symphony Park Hotel, designed by famed French architect Rudy Ricciotti, has been proposed in South Beach across the street from the New World Symphony and Soundscape Park.
