ZOM Living's new Stantec-designed Solitair is now open in Brickell after breaking ground in 2015. Solitair is located directly across the street from Brickell City Centre at 86 SW 8th Street. The 50-story tower, which broke ground in 2015, features a design inspired by the Medjool date palm tree.
