Rosso Development, Standard International and Midtown Development are thrilled to unveil that fan favorite Sushi Garage has signed on to open at the highly anticipated The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami. From the acclaimed Juvia Group, founded by restaurateurs Jonas and Alexandra Millán, Sushi Garage is an elevated neighborhood restaurant known for its modern take on traditional Japanese cuisine. This marks The Standard Residences third major food and beverage announcement this year, following Solana on the rooftop, also by Juvia Group, and Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy. The project is 96% sold with sales and marketing exclusively managed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Construction has already topped off, with expected completion slated for Q3 2025.

Located at 3100 N.E. 1st Ave, between The Design District and Wynwood, The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami blends culture, community and style with world-class design, amenities and service. The 228 residences range from studios to two-bedroom layouts, all designed and finished with The Standard’s distinctive touch and allow for flexible living, with owners able to lease out their units for terms as short as one month.
A lushly landscaped rooftop creates an elevated outdoor experience with a 60-foot, resort-style sunset pool, and signature rooftop restaurant and bar reminiscent of the vibe The Standard pioneered from LA to New York to London.
