Continuum Company has officially begun construction on La Baia North, a 57-unit luxury condominium in Bay Harbor Islands. The development, expected to be completed by 2027, follows the success of the fully sold La Baia South. La Baia North, already 60% sold, will feature spacious two- to four-bedroom units starting at $1.4 million, with waterfront views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and Downtown Miami. Designed by architect Luis Revuelta, the eight-story condominium emphasizes modern luxury, with a range of resort-style amenities and private boat slips.
"Breaking ground on La Baia North marks a pivotal moment for Bay Harbor Islands, an area with immense untapped potential," said Ia Bruce Eichner, Chairman and CEO of Continuum Company. "This project demonstrates our commitment to development in this thriving community. La Baia North will set a new standard for waterfront living, blending the neighborhood’s unique character with modern sophistication.”
The development is strategically located near popular attractions such as Bal Harbour Shops and Miami's beaches. Each unit offers expansive layouts with terraces, catering to both luxury and convenience. The interiors, curated by Durukan Design, will feature European wide-plank wood flooring, custom kitchens with Miele appliances, and high-end finishes throughout.
La Baia North also boasts over 20,000 square feet of amenities, including a rooftop deck with a splash pad, a fitness center, heated spas, and a sunset lounge with a fire pit. Additional amenities include kids' play areas, a rooftop grill station, and water sports facilities. Residents will have access to a 24/7 concierge, valet services, and a full-time property manager for added convenience.
With strong pre-sales and an attractive location, La Baia North is expected to contribute to the ongoing transformation of Bay Harbor Islands as a prime waterfront destination.
