The home was listed with Carmen D’Angelo and Joseph Liguori of Premier Estate Properties and Nadine Cory of City Real Estate Corporation represented the unnamed buyer. The transaction represents the most expensive home sale in Highland Beach in 2023.
Located at 4005 South Ocean Boulevard, La Plage Villa sits on a .6-acre lot and spans 9,000 SF spread over four levels encased in glass. The modern home offers 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms with ocean views from nearly every room, a gourmet kitchen, dining room overlooking the ocean, a 5-car garage and a roof top sky-deck.
