Sabal Development, led by Pascal Nicolai, has sold an oceanfront spec home in Highland Beach known as La Plage Villa, for $30 million. The home was listed with Carmen D’Angelo and Joseph Liguori of Premier Estate Properties and Nadine Cory of City Real Estate Corporation represented the unnamed buyer.
