Edge House Miami, the 57-story luxury residential tower rising in Miami's rapidly evolving Edgewater neighborhood, has reached a major construction milestone with the completion of its foundation pour, setting the stage for the project to begin its vertical ascent over the Biscayne Bay skyline.
Developed by internationally recognized Grupo T&C, the achievement represents one of the most significant phases of the construction process and underscores the continued momentum behind the Edge House, which is currently under active construction at 1837 NE 4th Avenue. Led by Thornton Construction Company, the foundation pour required more than 7,000 cubic yards of concrete delivered by over 700 concrete trucks during a continuous 30-plus-hour pour.
