Gregg Covin, one of the developers behind One Thousand Museum and Ten Museum Park, has sold a spec home he built at 6493 Allison Road on Allison Island for $12.5 million to an undisclosed buyer. Cyril Matz with Douglas Elliman and Chad Carroll with Compass represented the seller and Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
