Todd Glaser Plans To Sell 1500 West 21st Street On Sunset Island IV For $9.9 Million

Todd Michael Glaser Reveals Sunset Island Spec Home Asking $9.9 Million

Developer and luxury homebuilder Todd Michael Glaser has plans to sell 1500 West 21st Street on Sunset Island IV for $9.9 million once complete in about three months. Andrew Mirmelli originally hired Glaser to build him a Miami Beach home. Mirmelli ended up selling the partially developed waterfront house to Glaser for $5.9 million.

The spec home will be 4,700 sq.ft. with six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, infinity pool and dock. There will also be a rooftop terrace once complete. This project is one of many as Glaser has recently sold a waterfront spec home on Allison Island for $15.2 million and a on Sunset Island for $14.4 million. 1500 West 21st Street will be listed with Douglas Elliman.
