Marriott has opened their new Residence Inn Miami Sunny Isles Beach at 17700 Collins Avenue. The Kobi Karp designed hotel rises 19-stories and features 194 studio suites targeted at business travelers. The project cost $65 million and is owned by Robert Finvarb Companies and operated by Marriott's Residence Inn brand.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach has released exclusive drone footage showcasing the progress of the tower's construction and highlighting its unique Arquitectonica-designed shape. The luxury condo-tower, which is under development by Fortune International Group and Chateau Group and was designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Michele Bönan. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach will rise 52-stories and feature 212 residential condo units. Units start at $2.5 million and include Caesarstone Quartz countertops and Gaggenau appliances. Fortune International Group and Château Group, joint developers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, have taken the steps to register the project in the Empire City for the final stretch of their sales efforts after releasing new renderings and fly-through preview videos of some of the layouts. The private condominium tower, which will have no hotel on the premises, completed its concrete foundation pour in April and is slated for occupancy in 2019.

Aurora Sunny Isles Beach from Verzasca Group is set to break ground this summer. The boutique luxury residential condo development is 45% sold and will take down its on-site sales center and move it next door to 17600 Collins Avenue as construction begins. The 17-story tower is designed by Revuelta Architecture and will include 61 residences in 2 and 3 bedroom layouts ranging from 1,385 SF to 2,150 SF. Prices start in the $900,000s. Amenities include private sundecks with cabanas, a half-Olympic length swimming pool, a fitness center, indoor/ outdoor yoga and a Hammam spa that include a Mikveh. Fortune International Group Reports Over $51 Million in Sales in Q1 2017 at Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach
Fortune International Group has announced over $51 million in sales in Q1 of 2017 at their 57-story project Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach. The building was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm and design consultants, Herzog & de Meuron, with interior design by Parisian firm PYR by Pierre-Yves Rochon and landscaping by famed landscape architect Raymond Jungles. Fortune International Group rolled out their last few units, which they had held as The Collection, which features the largest and most expensive units in the building, as well as registered Jade Signature in for marketing in New York. These factors led to The Collection units selling extremely well including two, $14.2 million Sky Villas. Other listings include 3 to 5 bedroom residences as well as Sky Villas and lower Penthouses from the Collection priced from $2.175 to $32.9 million.
