Luxury Home Builder Sabal Development Reports $130 Million In Sales For 2021

Sabal Development reported over $130 million in sales for 2021 amid a hot market for luxury single family homes and custom built homes. Sales in 2021 include a record-breaking sale at 135 Palm Avenue in Miami Beach for $29.5 million, a property in Pompano Beach at 2305 N. Riverside Drive for $6.45 million, and another in Hillsboro Beach at 1105 Hillsboro Mile for $13.5 million.

Zach Vella Buys Waterfront Development Lots On Venetian Islands For Record $15 Million

Celebrity developer Zach Vella has acquired two adjacent waterfront development lots on Miami’s Venetian Islands for his private residence in Miami. Vella paid $15.2 million for 228 and 302 West Dilido Drive, a dirt value of $688 per square foot, which surpasses the Venetian Islands’ record land sale which was previously $6.5 million for 412 West Dilido Drive set in 2016.

Pablo Escobar’s Former Miami Estate Sells For Nearly $11 Million

Waterfront property once inhabited by Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar has sold for $10.95 million located in Miami Beach on North Bay Road. U.S. authorities seized Escobar’s infamous pink house in 1987 and the seller, Chicken Kitchen founder Christian De Berdouare, bought it from a private owner in 2014 for $9.65 million.

Spec Home Developer Todd Michael Glaser Under Contract To Buy Jeffrey Epstein’s Former Palm Beach Mansion

Todd Michael Glaser plans to buy Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion and replace with a new home. The real-estate developer has signed a contract with Epstein’s estate to buy the waterfront property for an undisclosed price, but estimated to be lower than the original listing in July for $21.995 million. The 6-bedroom mansion is a famous location for Epstein committing sex-trafficking crimes and luring underage girls.
