Spec home developer James Curnin of Clara Homes has sold his latest single family spec home project, a Modern Farmhouse on Allison Island, for $13,875,000 to ADW Capital’s Adam Wyden. Located at 6431 Allison Road, the deal was overseen by Oliver Lloyd of Douglas Elliman.
