The Related Group Celebrates the Grand Opening of Brickell Heights in Style

The Related Group celebrated the grand opening of Brickell Heights, their third tower to open on South Miami Avenue, solidifying the road as the urban center of Downtown Miami and Brickell. Famed Cuban Grammy-award-winning singer/songstress, Cucu Diamantes, while enjoying unparalleled views of the city from Brickell Height's lush pool deck. At the event, attendees had the opportunity to preview the Brickell Heights lifestyle and were invited to tour the stunning David Rockwell-designed interiors and amenity spaces. Guests were also treated to acrobatic performances curated by Equinox, which is set to open Miami’s newest and largest fitness club on-site. Brickell Heights features 690 condo units spread over two towers. Amenities include a movie theater, numerous party rooms, state-of-the-art fitness centers, gorgeous spas and more. PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter Hosts Jam Room Event Highlighting The Largest Amenity Deck in the U.S.

PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter hosted a live concert and jam session highlighting its Jam Room and the future, largest amenity deck in the U.S. PARAMOUNT Worldcenter features more than 40 amenities including resort style pool complete with floating pods and private bungalows, tennis courts, soccer pitch, boxing studio, Sky Observatory and Tai Chi deck, and a rooftop entertainment deck 60 stories above the Miami skyline. Andrea Bocelli Headlines Enchanting Evening Under the Stars for the Children of Haiti at The Residences by Armani/ Casa

On April 25 The Residences by Armani/ Casa Design Center hosted a Benefit for the children of Haiti with Andrea Bocelli headlining the night. With over 250 guests in attendance and hosted by developers Jorge Perez and Gil Dezer, the event raised over $600,000 for the children of Haiti. The captivating performance was followed by a romantic moonlit dinner reception on the design center’s oceanfront terrace, where VIP guests, including supermodel Petra Nemcova and Miami Dolphins star running back Jay Ajayi, had the rare opportunity to dine with the Maestro. All funds from the private concert and dinner benefited The Andrea Bocelli Foundation’s education projects in Haiti, which aid five community schools located in the most remote area of the country, providing free education and healthcare to over 2,500 children daily.

On April 21, 2017 Douglas Elliman hosted their signature annual awards show at the St. Regis Bal Harbour to recognize the top produces in South Florida. Dezer Development and Porsche Design Celebrate Grand Opening of Porsche Design Tower Miami in Style

Dezer Development and The Porsche Design Group kicked off the official grand opening of its new Porsche Design Tower Miami in style with a fireworks-spectacular on Saturday night, March 18th, in Sunny Isles Beach. Crowds of over 1,000 guests received an exclusive glimpse into the world of preeminent features, refined design, and innovative technology present at Porsche Design Tower Miami, including special access to the tower’s private oceanfront restaurant, state-of-the-art spa equipped with Vichy showers, a Sunset Terrace complemented with twin over-sized spa tubs, an oceanfront ballroom, multipurpose clubrooms, which include a movie theatre featuring new release capability, and game room complete with golf and racing simulators.

“We are very proud to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Porsche Design Tower Miami together with our partner Gil Dezer,” says Jan Becker, CEO of Porsche Design Group.

The evening featured an electrifying, surprise performance by 15-time Grammy-Award-Winning artist, Alicia Keys, glowing base jumpers leaping off the tower, synchronized swimmers, and a 20-minute long dazzling fireworks show. With its estimated sellout of about $840 million, 126 of the tower’s 132 units have been sold. Of the six remaining units, one is a 19,403 square foot penthouse listed at $32.5 million. This extraordinary four-story penthouse has space for up to 11 vehicles, all soaring 56 stories high in the sky.
