The Allen Morris Company Proposes Ponce Park Residences in Coral Gables

The Allen Morris Company, headquartered in Coral Gables for nearly 20 years, has announced plans for Ponce Park Residences. The project will consist of 171-luxury residences with retail and restaurant space on the ground level. Most significantly, the project will create a ¾ acre open-air space with an urban park dedicated to the City of Coral Gables.

Aman Miami Wins Approval For Versailles Hotel Restoration In Miami Beach’s Faena District

The Miami Beach Historical Preservation Board approved the Aman Miami development by OKO Group’s plan for the restoration of the historic Versailles Hotel. This a big step forward for the art deco building in Miami Beach’s Faena District. Aman Miami will consists of 56 hotel rooms within the restored Versailles Hotel along with 23 boutique residences located in a new tower next door.

Zach Vella Buys Waterfront Development Lots On Venetian Islands For Record $15 Million

Celebrity developer Zach Vella has acquired two adjacent waterfront development lots on Miami’s Venetian Islands for his private residence in Miami. Vella paid $15.2 million for 228 and 302 West Dilido Drive, a dirt value of $688 per square foot, which surpasses the Venetian Islands’ record land sale which was previously $6.5 million for 412 West Dilido Drive set in 2016.

The Estate Companies Acquires Site For Soleste NoMi Beach In North Miami Beach

The Estate Companies, a subsidiary of Estate Investments Group (EIG), has closed on the future site of Soleste NoMi Beach in North Miami Beach for $13.1 million. The project was approved in September 2020 and was designed by Form Group. The 1.78-acre site is located at 16395 Biscayne Blvd. and currently features an 8,249 square foot retail building which will be demolished.

Miami Worldcenter Associates, the master developer behind Miami Worldcenter, the $4 billion, 27-acre mixed-use development under construction in the heart of Downtown Miami, has sold a 1.53-acre parcel to Royal Palm Companies (RPC). The transaction includes 66,656 square feet of developable land that was sold for $33.9 million.

Lennar Homes (NYSE: LEN) has acquired the former site of Pine Isles Mobile Home Community in Homestead for $29 million. The property is located at 28600 SW 132nd Ave. and spans 42.7 acres. Pines Isles Mobile Home Community serviced seniors and was disbanded in 2019 before the site was rezoned for the development of 456 single-family homes.

The City of Miami Beach has issued a request for letters of interest from developers to develop three city-owned lots on the north side of Lincoln Road. Miami Beach is seeking a developer to build class A office buildings with on-site parking garages via a public-private partnership with the city with the goal of creating a business district to help diversify Miami Beach’s economy which is heavily reliant on tourism and hospitality.
