Palm Beach-based spec home developer Todd Michael Glaser has sold a commercial building in Palm Beach for $3.9 million. Located at 175 Bradley Pl., just four blocks north of The Royal Poinciana Plaza on Palm Beach Island, the 2,145 SF building was acquired by plastic surgeon Dr. Norman & Mia Rowe.
