Arte by Antonio Citterio, the highly anticipated, oceanfront, ultra-luxury building at 8955 Collins Avenue in Surfside, has officially topped out. The building, which derives its name, Arte, from an "ART" sculpture displayed outside designed by the late legendary American artist Robert Indiana, is expected to be completed in 2019.
