NR Investments, the developers of the successful CANVAS Condominium in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District, has revealed a neighboring tower that was recently submitted to the FAA for review. Located at 70 NE 17th Street, the tower is being designed by Zyscovich Architects and will rise 370’ along with 4,500 SF of ground floor retail, 252 rental apartments, 38,307 SF of office space and 224 parking spaces.

The first recorded closing was on January 15 and residents are now moving in. Construction on the 37-story CANVAS began in December 2015 with a February 2016 groundbreaking before topping off in August 2017.

NR Investment's newly topped off 37-story residential condo project CANVAS in the Arts + Entertainment District has released new renderings its 4,500 SF rooftop lounge. In total, CANVAS has 14,500 SF or retail space with 10,000 SF or ground floor retail. The asking price is around $40 SF triple net and leasing is being overseen by Alex Acker and Frank Rodriguez Melo of Cedano Realty Advisors. CANVAS is expected to be completed for occupancy in March 2018.
