Arte by Antonio Citterio Tops-Out In Surfside

June 30, 2018

Arte by Antonio Citterio, the highly anticipated, oceanfront, ultra-luxury building at 8955 Collins Avenue in Surfside, has officially topped out. The building, which derives its name, Arte, from an "ART" sculpture displayed outside designed by the late legendary American artist Robert Indiana, is expected to be completed in 2019. Arte by Antonio Citterio is being developed by Sapir Corp LTD.

Arte represents the world-renowned Italian master architect and designer's first building in the United States. Citterio is known for his work on the BVLGARI Hotels in Dubai, London, Milan and Bali, amongst others. Kobi Karp is the architect of record. Arte rises 12-stories and offers 16 luxury condominiums. Residences feature expansive terraces which are designed to be used as external living rooms. Five-star amenities include an outdoor pool, an indoor lap pool, a spa and fitness room, while across the street, an exclusive, residents-only facility will house a tennis court, residents’ lounge and multi-purpose room. The grounds span an entire acre of beachfront and feature lush landscaping by world-class landscape architect Enzo Enea.
