Terra, led by David Martin, and co-developer Lion Development, led by Michael Simkins, have announced that the internationally-acclaimed Argentine polo player, model, and philanthropist Nacho Figueras, and his son, polo player Hilario Figueras, have signed a contract at Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences.
