L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities Break Ground On 'The Wynwood Plaza' One Million Square Foot Mixed Use Campus

L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with project partner Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, have broken ground on The Wynwood Plaza, a 1-million-square-foot mixed-use campus at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. This milestone, which took place with a groundbreaking celebration on March 2, followed by an afterparty at Oak Row Equities’ Oasis Wynwood, comes on the heels of securing $215 million in construction financing.

Metro Edgewater Gearing Up To Break Ground In Edgewater's Paraiso District

Colombian developer Carlos Ortiz is gearing up to break ground on his planned rental apartment building, Metro Edgewater, which will be located in Edgewater’s Paraiso District. The project recently received FAA approval and is expect to break ground in January 2021 pending the issuance of building permits.

Plans Submitted For Paraiso Place To Bring 279 Rental Apartments To Edgewater

Metro Edgewater, LLC., led by Colombian developer Carlos Ortiz, as submitted plans to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for Paraiso Place, a 279-unit apartment building coming to the recently opened Paraiso district in Edgewater. A hearing has been scheduled for November 20, 2019.

Wynwood BID Study Reveals Wynwood-Edgewater Needs Train Amid Fast-Rising Density

The Wynwood BID has completed a study which reveals that amid fast-rising density, Wynwood-Edgewater is more in need of a train station than Midtown Miami-Design District. The Wynwood-Edgewater area is looking at nearly 65 million square feet of new development according to urban planner Cesar Garcia-Pons.
