The luxury housing market in South Florida continues to surge as a top executive migrating from Chicago has purchased a home in AKAI Estates in Southwest Ranches for a record $15 million. The home is set to break ground in late October and was conceptually designed by internationally acclaimed Vasco Vieira, in partnership with local architect of record Jiro Yates.
