Pier Sixty-Six Residences Announces Completion and Record Closing of Indigo Penthouse

Pier Sixty-Six Residences, the signature residential landmark within Tavistock Development Company’s multi-billion-dollar reimagining of the legendary Pier Sixty-Six, has achieved several major milestones including a $14.5 million penthouse sale. The Indigo Penthouse sale represents a record-breaking sale as the highest-priced transaction for a new development condominium in Broward County. Adding to this momentum, Indigo, one of four residential buildings within the waterfront development, has received its certificate of occupancy signifying the full completion of all 88 exclusive residences.

"The energy is palpable as Pier Sixty-Six Residences celebrates significant milestones, from completion to welcoming our first residents home and setting new sales records in the market with the official closing of Indigo’s first penthouse at $14.5 million.” said Amy Ballon, director of sales, Tavistock Development Company.

The final building to be completed, Indigo’s 28 condo residences are nestled across 11 stories with its façade design inspired by boat decks and piers from around the world. Each spacious, light-filled corner residence offers 3-5 bedrooms and stylish open-plan living, with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct water views. Highly sophisticated details and features include private elevator access and a secured residential lobby. The outdoor entertainment spaces on each private terrace include a range of lounging and dining areas, plus an inviting, temperature-controlled plunge pool, illuminated in distinctive aqua.

Completed in fall of 2024, the Azul condo building features 29 corner units within a dramatic 11-floor waterfront building that emulates coral reefs with its organic curved terraces. Each unit blends indoor/outdoor living with expansive wraparound terraces with panoramic views that take in the city skyline, Intracoastal Waterway, and Atlantic Ocean. Alongside Indigo, this is the first building in Fort Lauderdale to offer a private plunge pool in every residence.

Spanning two, four-story waterfront buildings encompassing 31 units, the Resort Residences were Pier Sixty-Six’s first residential buildings to be complete in the summer of 2024. The limited collection of designer-ready residences is the first and only units able to be put into Pier Sixty-Six’s rental management program. Floor plans of Resort Residences range from two- to four-bedrooms and 1,645 square feet to more than 3,800 square feet overlooking the serene Intracoastal waterway.
