Pier Sixty-Six Residences, the signature residential landmark within Tavistock Development Company’s multi-billion-dollar reimagining of the legendary Pier Sixty-Six, has achieved several major milestones including a $14.5 million penthouse sale. The Indigo Penthouse sale represents a record-breaking sale as the highest-priced transaction for a new development condominium in Broward County. Adding to this momentum, Indigo, one of four residential buildings within the waterfront development, has received its certificate of occupancy signifying the full completion of all 88 exclusive residences.
