The Delmore, the ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium designed by Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) in the Town of Surfside, has announced a partnership with Washington, D.C.-based Active Security Consulting LLC to implement a next-generation security program, further distinguishing the project as a one-of-a-kind offering in Miami’s high-net-worth residential market.
Developed by Dubai-based DAMAC International, The Delmore exemplifies the developer’s commitment to iconic architecture, bespoke amenities, and exceptional craftsmanship. The newly unveiled collaboration draws on the expertise of Active Security Consulting, a veteran-led, SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) defense contractor known for delivering advanced security solutions spanning physical, electronic, and cyber domains.
Founded by former U.S. Marine Scout Sniper and Recon veteran Walter Hasser, whose decorated military career in the Global War on Terror informs the firm’s operational approach, Active Security has provided specialized protection for the U.S. Department of Defense as well as the current and former Presidents of the United States. His extraordinary service has even been chronicled in popular culture, underscoring the level of real-world experience he brings to The Delmore.
