In total, the Florida-based team executed 35 deals across the country, including 12 acquisition loans, two equity raises, one construction loan, three land loans, and 17 strategic refinances. Led by Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg of Berkadia Boca Raton, the Berkadia Florida mortgage banking team includes Senior Managing Director Charles Foschini, and Managing Directors Matt Robbins, Scott Wadler, Brad Williamson, Chris Apone, and Saul Hoppenstein, and Director Michael Basinski.
