Prior to his role at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, Fernando held the esteemed positions of Vice President of the International Division and Managing Director of Operations and Finances at Fortune International Group. Fernando has been featured in numerous live interviews with renowned outlets such as CNN. Before real estate, he acted as COO of Netjuice Latin America (2000-2001), a leading internet incubator in Spain, where he led the company's expansion to LATAM by opening offices in Miami, Mexico City, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires. As Senior Vice President of Development for DAMAC International, founded by Hussain Sajwani, Jeff oversees The Delmore – an ultra-luxury condominium in Miami’s Surfside community designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and poised to redefine the city’s skyline.

In addition, he serves as Chairman & Director of Turner Walker Robinson in Australia, guiding the firm’s expansion across Melbourne, Sri Lanka, and the UAE. He was previously the Deputy Chairman of Bunyan, an Oman government-owned development company, where he led the planning and delivery of key tourism projects throughout the country.

Jeff also spearheaded iconic destinations for Majid Al Futtaim, delivering signature projects such as Mall of the Emirates, Ski Dubai, Bahrain City Centre, The Wave Muscat, and Deira City Centre, while negotiating complex public-private partnerships and joint ventures across the Middle East and North Africa. He has advised the Bahraini government on national tourism strategy and oversaw the redevelopment of the Four Seasons Park Lane in London, along with several other flagship hospitality projects.

A former member of both the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers, Jeff remains an influential voice in global property and design. His ability to unite heritage and modernity, coupled with deep operational expertise, continues to shape some of the world’s most celebrated developments.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Ian Bruce Eichner, a seasoned developer of urban mixed-use properties, is the Chairman and CEO of The Continuum Company and has a proven track record in real estate spanning more than three decades. Following the company’s expansion into Florida, his portfolio has grown to include La Baia North and South in Bay Harbor Islands, as well as Continuum Club & Residences, Palm Tree Club, and the two-phase mixed-use Continuum Waterfront District in North Bay Village.

His vast portfolio of projects also includes Madison Square Park Tower, City Spire, One Broadway Place, The Manhattan Club, The Royale and Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. Outside of New York he has developed the Continuum South Beach, a 2-tower gated beachfront community in Miami Beach, FL and the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas strip.

Mr. Eichner’s acute business sense has produced a series of visionary real estate developments that have been characterized by a creative mix of distinctive purpose-built properties. Each of these properties illustrates his extensive real estate expertise and ability to take situations which others may find unachievable and execute solutions which realize value for the investor, consumer and developer.

Mr. Eichner’s notable development achievements that were the first in their class include: the first high-rise built in Brooklyn since landmarks height legislation was passed in 1965 (Montague Street, 1998); the first urban timeshare in New York, with a new concept of being able to book stays one day at a time (The Manhattan Club, 1996); the first and only beachfront gated community in South Beach (The Continuum, 2002-2008); and the first development on the Las Vegas strip to employ an urban development model, maximizing a small 8.5 acre site to its full square footage potential of 6 ½ million square feet (Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino).

Mr. Eichner’s career in real estate follows almost a decade in the criminal justice system, including terms as an assistant District Attorney and program development chief of a gubernatorial agency during Nelson Rockefeller’s tenure.

After nearly twenty years at the Related Group, Rosso formed Rosso Development in 2020, a fully integrated development firm with expertise in virtually every aspect of the industry including construction, project financing, land acquisition and sales and marketing.

Rosso has pursued several opportunities focusing on high-end boutique developments including the transformative Midtown Park Residences by Proper and the first-ever Standard-branded residential property, The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami.

As the president of the condominium and international development divisions at the Related Group, Rosso oversaw all facets of domestic condominium development as well as internationally in countries like Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Panama.

Over the course of his career, Rosso has developed well over 16,000 units, and under his leadership, Related successfully delivered iconic projects including the 1,600 unit Paraiso District in Miami, the company’s largest project to-date; Auberge Beach Residences and Spa in Fort Lauderdale, the first entirely residential project for the revered hospitality brand; SLS Cancun & Residences in Mexico, which sold out less than 24 months after launching; and V:HOUSE in Brazil, a luxury boutique property in the up-and-coming financial district, to name a few. The next batch of projects to complete includes Residences by ARMANI/CASA designed by César Pelli, Hyde Beach House and Park Grove by OMA/Rem Koolhaas.

Prior to his time at Related, Rosso held a number of positions across global development firms, having served as Vice President of Real Estate Development for Investment Properties Ltd. in Boston; and ten years as Project Director for Besix International, overseeing the development and construction of over ten million square feet of multi-family, hotel and office buildings in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Rosso graduated summa cum laude from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a Master’s degree in Architecture. He also earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Finance, with the highest honors, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The Allen Morris Company (AMCO) one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the southeast, has named W.A. Spencer Morris, President. Morris was most recently Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for the organization. W. Allen Morris will retain title as Chairman & CEO.

Morris has been an integral part in furthering AMCO’s investment management division, along with its development business, and opening new lines of business such as AMS Hospitality.

In his new role, he will oversee AMCO’s investment portfolio, now surpassing $1.5 billion, projects under construction and $2.5 billion in new pipeline development opportunities. Morris will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of AMCO and AMS Hospitality.

The multi-faceted Allen Morris Company has several projects throughout Atlanta, Central Florida and South Florida, and is currently looking at new opportunities throughout the Southeast.

Morris was previously with The Related Group, where he served as Development Associate of the 58-story, 1.3 million square foot SLS LUX-Brickell hotel and condominium as well as other projects.

Morris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Boston University.

With 12 years of experience in real estate, mainly in new market expansions, land acquisition and product development. He holds a degree in business administration and real estate management from the University of Illinois and Harvard. Under his leadership, BI Group USA is developing projects in Miami and Houston, focusing mainly on clients and investors needs, innovative design and technology.
