PMG Announces The Sellout of One Twenty Brickell Residences

National developer PMG is pleased to announce the sellout of One Twenty Brickell Residences, a luxurious 37-story residential tower set to rise in the heart of Brickell. PMG Residential, PMG’s in-house brokerage, led the sellout of One Twenty Brickell Residences. This milestone also follows the securing of $413M in construction financing for the condo tower and the multifamily tower it shares a podium with, provided by an Ares Real Estate fund (“Ares”) and Monarch Alternative Capital. One Twenty Brickell Residences is slated for completion in 2028.

Unique to One Twenty Brickell Residences is its collection of first-of-their-kind dedicated office suites, deeded individually to residents upon their purchase of a condo unit. These suites will be located on levels two through twelve of the property and range up to 387 square feet. Each glass-paneled private office boasts a range of features to make working convenient for residents including locking access, a desk and chair, two guest chairs, a wallpaper accent wall, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The office space also comes equipped with a receptionist and reception area, private office elevators, and a coffee station. Designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects, with interiors by Cotofana Designs, One Twenty Brickell Residences will exhibit an exceptional caliber of design and exclusivity across its selection of studio- to three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 452 to 1,395 square feet. Each residence will include fully-integrated kitchens with custom countertops, backsplashes, a contemporary undermount sink, and a curated high-end appliance package, imported and custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry by Italkraft, WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, glass-enclosed showers, fully built-out closets in the primary bedrooms, designer polymer wood flooring, flooring selections included with specifications recommended by Cotofana Designs, a contemporary lighting package, and a built-in top-of-the-line washer and dryer. Residences will also offer an unprecedented level of efficiency through PMG’s smart home technology experience for seamless personalization with the touch of a button.
