Following its overwhelming success in New York City and Milan, Casa Cipriani, the latest private club experience founded by the four-generation international hospitality family, is expanding its vision to Miami Beach. Casa Cipriani Miami, developed by Miami-based 13th Floor Investments and New York- based Midtown Equities, will include a 40-key all-suites hotel, a private members club, and 23 ultra-luxury residences situated directly on the oceanfront at 3611 Collins Avenue.
Designed by New York-based architect Brandon Haw, the 17-story Casa Cipriani Miami tower will embody timeless elegance and luxury, featuring a signature restaurant and club lounge, a Cipriani Spa, and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, providing an authentic lifestyle experience that exemplifies the Cipriani brand’s commitment to excellence. Partly inspired by Casa Cipriani New York, Casa Cipriani Miami will elevate the brand's legacy with exclusive residences in addition to the private club and hotel experience. The development will boast curated culinary offerings and refined amenities, making it a landmark destination for Miami. Sales for the residences are expected to launch later this year, followed by an official groundbreaking.

Casa Cipriani Miami’s architectural design will evoke the splendor of the grand 1930s-era Art Deco hotels found along Collins Avenue through a modern interpretation creating a new landmark for Miami Beach. The building will reflect the timeless style of Cipriani, tracing back to the original Harry's Bar established by Giuseppe Cipriani in Venice in 1931.
