Related Companies has unveiled a first look at Shorecrest, a luxury waterfront condo building along the Intracoastal Waterway on West Palm Beach’s North Flagler Drive. Related Companies revealed a first rendering as well as a teaser site for the project where marketing and sales will be handled exclusively by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Sales are set to launch in early 2024.

Shorecrest is designed by Roger Ferris + Partners and will feature an intricate mosaic design as well as world class amenities. The project feature 140 residences ranging from one-to-four bedroom floor plans with prices starting at approximately $1.5 million.
