Twenty-Nine Indian Creek Launches Sales Of Luxury Residences In The Faena District

February 1, 2023

JMH Development, a full-service development firm, has launched sales for Twenty-Nine Indian Creek, a landmark residential project redefining luxury living in one of Miami Beach’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Set to rise at the nexus of Indian Creek Drive and Collins Avenue in the heart of the thriving Faena District, the boutique collection of only 11 private residences are meticulously crafted to deliver a bespoke lifestyle with striking views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay.

“We always strive to create projects that enrich the neighborhoods in which we build,” said Jason Halpern, Principal of JMH Development. “The design, ingenuity and attention to detail that is being poured into every aspect of Twenty-Nine Indian Creek is exceptional. We are excited to be part of another project that celebrates historic preservation.”

With architecture, interiors and landscaping imagined by renowned firm Urban Robot, Twenty-Nine Indian Creek will reflect timeless sophistication and serve as an emblem for historic preservation. The modern, seven-story building will offer eight three-bedroom residences and one sprawling full-floor penthouse with an expansive wraparound terrace and panoramic views. In addition, the site is home to a 1930s Art Deco building that has been obstructed from public view for nearly 60 years. JMH Development will restore and relocate the structure to harmoniously integrate the past with the present, creating two sprawling townhomes within that will pay homage to the inherent design qualities of its former era.

“The building mirrors the duality of the architectural languages spoken on Indian Creek Drive and Collins Avenue, blending early 20th century style with modern influences,” said Sebastian Velez, Principal at Urban Robot Associates. “We envisioned a layered juxtaposition of traditional and modern that is responsive to Twenty-Nine Indian Creek’s incredible setting, and resulted in an urban refuge with enduring design qualities.”

Spanning 1,750 to 4,800-square-feet, each elegantly appointed residence is designed to maximize space and seamlessly connect to the outdoors–with sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows and doors ushering in an abundance of natural light. Spacious terraces with iconic, undulated railings showcase exquisite craftsmanship that continues indoors - with interiors that feature diligent attention to detail. Gourmet chefs' kitchens showcase bone white lacquered custom cabinetry, fully integrated Miele appliances with wine storage, plus marble countertops and island. Spa-inspired bathrooms offer indulgent features including freestanding soaking tubs, dual vanities, honed flooring and premium Hansgrohe fixtures. Townhomes feature 18-foot double-height great rooms and private terraces with landscaped gardens and summer kitchen.

“This is a truly distinctive project, there is nothing else like it in the area,” said Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “Twenty-Nine Indian Creek presents a rare opportunity to own a home of this caliber just steps from the beach, with the ideal combination of privacy and access.”

Residents of this intimate community will enjoy a palm-tree shaded pool deck inclusive of daybed lounge chairs and tanning areas, a summer kitchen with barbeque and dining area, and an outdoor shower, as well as direct access to a dedicated beach club. The building’s Art Deco-inspired, geometrical design is complemented by lush landscaping with terraced walls and cascading greenery, water features, and a natural color palette, creating an instant sense of serenity.

Situated in the Faena District, Twenty-Nine Indian Creek will be at the center of the city’s buzziest neighborhood, allowing residents to conveniently explore world-class dining, hospitality and cultural institutions including the Faena Hotel and Faena Forum, The Miami Beach Edition, the upcoming Aman Miami Beach and Bvlgari Hotel.

Set to break ground Spring 2023, with completion expected by Q1 2025, with prices ranging from $2.5 million to $10 million. Located at 2901 Indian Creek, Miami Beach, Twenty-Nine Indian Creek sales and marketing is managed exclusively by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Development Division, with Reid Heidenry and Marko Gojanovic leading sales.
