The evening will include an in-depth discussion on the revitalization of North Beach along with cocktails and networking at Ella Miami Beach’s Sales Gallery on Collins Ave.

The stunning, state-of-the-art, showroom for Ella Miami Beach provides a sneak preview of the art deco inspiration, style and sophistication of the project being developed by Constellation Group, The Boschetti Group, and Vietmar. Eduardo Otaola

As the Founder and Managing Principal, Eduardo Otaola is responsible for the firm’s overall investment strategy, capital structuring, investor relations as well as the company’s daily operations. He is a veteran of the real estate and finance industries with nearly two decades of experience working with world-renowned organizations.
Constellation Group is a South Florida-based real estate investment and development firm with extensive experience in developing, financing, and asset management of residential and commercial projects in high barrier-to-entry markets throughout the Southern United States.
Prior to founding Constellation in 2019, Eduardo had a successful tenure at Integra Investments, a prestigious real estate investment firm based in Miami, Florida. Prior to that, he was part of Deutsche Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group and UBS Real Estate Finance where he worked directly on debt and equity transactions that totaled over $3 billion.
Eduardo earned a master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University, a bachelor’s degree of science in business and administration from The American University and completed coursework at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Eduardo is involved in several community organizations and currently sits on the Coral Gables Museum’s Board of Directors.
Daniel de la Vega

As President of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Daniel de la Vega has been instrumental in building the brand along Florida’s East Coast since the affiliate was founded in 2008. The leading luxury brokerage now operates across Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, Indian River, Brevard and Duval counties with 30 offices and over 1,300 associates who generate annual sales in excess of $8.1 billion. Daniel applies his background in finance and marketing to manage a property portfolio totaling $7 billion-plus in both new, luxury condo developments and existing listing inventory. Being immersed in real estate for most of his life, including more than 15 years as a professional broker, Daniel holds unique insight into mastering real estate deals and building relationships throughout the globe. He regularly travels the world, from Latin America to Europe and throughout the U.S., in order to expand ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s network and form partnerships that better serve the company’s distinguished clients. These efforts have been vital to fortifying the company’s local reach and worldwide presence.
Daniel has a great appreciation for the convergence of real estate, art, design and culture, qualities that are synonymous with the vibrancy of South Florida and the Sotheby’s brand. He is an avid art collector, with more than 100 works in his growing collection, and is active in the art community as a Board of Trustee Member at the Pérez Art Museum and a past member of The National Young Arts Foundation and Guggenheim Photo Committee. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. A native of Miami, Daniel earned a finance and marketing degree from Florida International University, where he served on the Leadership Advisory Board for the College of Architecture and The Arts, and he holds a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Miami, where he serves on the board of the University of Miami’s School of Law Real Property Development LL.M Board.
Raymond Fort

Raymond Fort graduated from Columbia University School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation with a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design. Raymond also holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Cornell University School of Architecture. Raymond is a well-versed designer and has experience enhancing communities with mixed-use, residential, office, educational, cultural, and retail development.
Raymond joined Arquitectonica in 2012 and has served as designer, planner, and project manager for some of the firm’s most creative projects, including the international award-winning University of Miami School of Architecture Thomas P. Murphy Design Studio Building, the Mr. C Hotel in Miami, Five Park residential tower in Miami Beach, and several innovative, placemaking projects in Miami’s Wynwood District.
As an adjunct faculty member, Raymond has taught at the University of Miami School of Architecture and Florida International University School of Architecture. An avid surfer, Raymond enjoys time on the water, biking and pursuing his interests in sustainability, resiliency and alternative forms of transportation.
Tracy Slavens

Tracy Slavens, Partner at LSN Partners, LLC, is highly regarded for her deep expertise in land use, zoning, and government affairs. Tracy uses this specialized knowledge to assist and advise clients regarding land use, zoning, environmental, and legislative matters on the county and municipal levels. Additionally, Tracy helps clients obtain development approvals and vested rights for all types of residential, commercial, office, hospitality, and industrial projects and assists clients with permitting, platting, water and sewer, and concurrency issues. Tracy’s primary focus is South Florida, with a particular emphasis on Miami-Dade County and its numerous municipalities.

Before joining LSN, Tracy was an equity partner at one of Florida’s oldest and most prestigious law firms, focusing on land use and zoning and serving on the firm’s Directors’ Committee.
Raised in Miami, Tracy is committed to her community. She serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations, such as the Miami Waterkeeper, “O, Miami,” and Lotus House. Additionally, she is a longtime member of the Builders’ Association of South Florida (BASF) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
