The residence was designed by STA Architectural Group and spans over 9,000 SF of floor-through luxury with an additional 2,500 SF outdoors. Michael Goldstein and Karina Serber Batievsky of Acqualina Realty represented the developer, Trump Group, and Viviane Wolak of One Sotheby’s represented the buyer in the transaction.
