An extremely unique property that was built by Florida’s second registered woman architect, Marion Manley, has sold for $1,000,000. The sale was represented by Alex Enriquez & Alex Pinero of Douglas Elliman who had listed the home for $1,165,000 and the buyer was represented by Sabriane Brandao of Global Luxury Realty. Manley rose to prominence in Miami as she was responsible for the University of Miami campus in Coral Gables.
