Kingston Hall in 1936, the tropical art deco building features 17 rooms, 12,414 SF total, and is in the center of the nation’s only historic district composed entirely of twentieth-century structures. The property is located at 945 Pennsylvania Ave, 2 blocks from South Beach’s exclusive Ocean Drive and near high-end hotels, apartments and restaurants. Manny Chamizo III, Global Commercial Director of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the seller.
