Zyscovich Architects-Designed Wynwood Quarter Project Revealed Including Micro-Units

November 25, 2018

Bel-Invest’s Zyscovich Architects-designed Wynwood Quarter project has been revealed as the developer has submitted plans for the first building for review by the Wynwood Design Review Committee. In total the mixed-use project will feature 6 buildings which include 276 residential units, 120 hotel rooms and 51,334 SF of retail. Of the residential component, a selection of units will be micro-units with 400 SF studio apartments. The project is located at 161 NW 28th Street.
