MG Developer and Baron Property Group Secure $148 Million Construction Loan From Post Road Group For Metro Parc

MG Developer and Baron Property Group, in partnership with Township Capital, have secured a $148 million construction loan from Post Road Group for Metro Parc, a 10-story, two-tower apartment rental property located at 955 East 25th Street and 980 East 26th Street in Hialeah, Florida. Metro Parc is a 2.5-acre residential mixed-use development that will rise 10-stories and deliver 559 rental apartments ranging from 500 to 800 square feet.

Real estate industry leaders Related Group, ROVR Development and BH Group have officially broken ground on the sold-out District 225. Located at 225 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami, the 343-unit property is a new luxury condominium tower offering residents the ability to host their condos on Airbnb for any stay length (subject to applicable laws and restrictions). Completion is slated for 2024.

Shoma Group Acquires 2.5 Acre Transit-Oriented Site in Coral Gables To Develop Shoma One Mixed-Use Multifamily

May 4, 2022

Miami-based developer Shoma Group has announced its latest acquisition, a 2.5-acre site at 3650 Bird Road, currently home to Deel Volvo, near Coral Gables for $34 million. It will be the site of Shoma One, a mixed-use project with a 391-unit apartment community and a Shoma Bazaar food hall. The development is expected to cost $220 million to build.

Melo Group has locked down a $99 million refinancing for its recently delivered transit-oriented Downtown Miami apartment tower, Art Plaza. The 36-story, 425-unit Art Plaza, which is located at 1500 Northeast Miami Plaza, is now 95% leased after Melo Group delivered the building in July 2020.
