Knotel, a global provider of flexible and managed workspaces, is bringing its Work Club concept to the United States with the opening of Knotel at Wyncatcher in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The two-story, nearly 40,000-square-foot workspace is scheduled to open in December, marking Knotel’s first U.S. Work Club location following the success of its flagship Old Sessions House in London.
The new Miami outpost reflects the company’s broader strategy of blending flexible office space with hospitality, culture, and community-driven programming. Located in one of Miami’s most creative neighborhoods, Knotel at Wyncatcher is designed to function as a hub for entrepreneurs, innovators, creators, and growing brands operating within the city’s expanding hybrid work ecosystem.
“Experience-led environments have become essential for companies navigating growth, talent attraction, and new ways of working,” said Catherine Le Druillenec, Managing Director at Knotel. She cited Miami’s rapidly expanding business community and international connectivity as key factors behind the company’s decision to launch the concept locally.
Knotel at Wyncatcher will feature a mix of private office suites, shared workspaces, and collaborative lounges, alongside hospitality-driven amenities more commonly associated with lifestyle destinations than traditional offices. Plans include a rooftop terrace, curated cultural programming, and an on-site restaurant and bar concept by Cotidiano Group, a hospitality company based in Guadalajara, Mexico, known for culturally driven dining experiences.
According to Samantha Phillips, Vice President of North American Operations at Knotel, the Work Club model is intended to support both focused work and large-scale social or professional gatherings. “From flexible work to intimate cultural moments and large-scale activations in a critical hub for international finance, trade, and culture, Knotel at Wyncatcher is positioned to serve companies and creators shaping Miami’s evolving economy,” Phillips said.
Design played a central role in shaping the project. Kim Kolkovich, Knotel’s Head of Design, said the goal was to create an environment that reflects Wynwood’s creative energy while remaining adaptable to different uses throughout the day. Art and culture will also be embedded into the experience. The workspace will feature a rotating art program showcasing both emerging and established artists, transforming the building into a living gallery that evolves with the community and seasonal programming. In addition to workspace and amenities, members will have access to concierge services, premium food and beverage offerings, and a curated calendar of events and brand activations aimed at fostering professional and social connections.
Knotel operates flexible and managed workspaces globally, providing workplace services that range from design and delivery to day-to-day operations and curated Work Clubs. The company is part of the Newmark platform. Newmark Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMRK) is a global commercial real estate services firm providing advisory, transaction, and management services across all property types.
