Michael Simkins’ Lion Development, Property Markets Group (PMG) and Alex Karakhanian’s LNDMRK have partnered to purchase Overtown’s Block 19 located at 105 NW 11th Terrace for $16.5 million. Related and LNDMRK paid $12 million for the largely undeveloped site.
