PMG is converting 64 units of the newly opened luxury apartment tower X Miami in Downtown Miami into a hotel component, to be known as The Guild Hotel. The Guild Hotel will occupy 4 floors of the 32-story building and guests will have access to the same amenities shared by X Miami residents.
