Swire has announced that Brickell City Centre's 260,000 SF of office space at Two and Three Brickell City Centre is now 100% leased. Each office tower rises 12 floors and was designed by Arquitectonica. The final two leases signed were by KPMG for 16,926 SF, which equates to a full floor, and Interaudi Bank, who leased 10,700 SF.
