Miami has a new mega-listing and it just happens to be making another splash in Coconut Grove. Casa Bahia, a 13,483 SF waterfront mansion has just listed for a cool $50 million. It was designed by Alejandro Landes in partnership with Zyscovich Architects and built in 2015 and won the Architizer Popular Choice A+ Award in the Architcture + Water category. The home features 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with 4 kitchens and sits on 1 acre. It also features a home theater, wine room, 8 car garage/ gallery, private dock on 518 ft of waterfront and infinity pool. Coconut GroveHammock House by Shulman + Associates Lists for $7 Million

3503 Banyan Circle, also know as the Hammock House in Coconut Grove has listed for $6.95M.
The 5,968 SF modern home was designed by Shulman + Associates to incorporate the lush feel of Coconut Grove while minding a skin hole on the property. The home includes 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The Fairchild Coconut Grove

Yet another luxury condo building is coming to Coconut Grove. From developers Oscar Rodriguez and Ricardo Vadia ROVR Development comes The Fairchild Coconut Grove, a waterfront, 26 unit mid-rise boutique condo project. The Fairchild Coconut Grove will be located on the 1-acre parcel at 3581 East Glencoe St., which was the site of the former Bay Colony Condominiums. The building will be designed by local architect Max Strang in collaboration with interior designer Rafael de Cárdenas. Pre-sales are underway via One Sotheby's International Realty. 

The Fairchild Coconut Grove will have a boutique and "private" feel. Residences range from 2 to 4 bedroom layouts and 1,700 SF to over 4,200 SF. Prices start at around $1.4 million and range up to $4.5 million, at about $820 SF. The building itself will be split into two sections, one section rising 5 stories and the other just rises just 3 stories. The building is expected to break ground in early 2017 with delivery expected in spring 2018. Amenities include a spa, two rooftop decks, a pool and a bay front deck with private boat slips available for purchase. The grounds and building are furnished with lush landscaping to match the buildings natural stone and wood design.

Erik Spoelstra has purchased a beautiful, historic Coconut Grove home for $2.6 million. Spoelstra is the coach of the Miami Heat who recently announced he will marry his longtime girlfriend and Heat dancer Nikki Sapp. The home is 4,294 SF, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a guest cottage, beautiful pool, and lush landscaping featuring oak trees throughout the property giving an enclave of privacy and a true Coconut Grove feel. Grove at Grand Bay North Tower Prepares for TCO and Closings

The North Tower at the Iconic Grove at Grand Bay is just about ready to receive it's TCO and begin closings. Bayshore Grove on South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove has been completely renovated and the revamped version has hit the market. Terra Group plans to complete the renovation in August and move-ins will begin in September. The 98 unit rental building brings more affordable bayfront living to the fast changing Coconut Grove, which has seen an amazing redevelopment in recent years. Units rent for $1,950 for 1 bedrooms and $2,950 for 2 bedrooms. Revamped amenities include gym and covered parking.
